Re-Enrollment Forms & Instructions

The re-enrollment process begins February 10th for school year 2014-2015!
Tuition Rate: $7,250 per student. This represents a 3.65% increase from last year. The Board of Directors has approved a 3-4% tuition increase each year to keep up with increasing costs, provide adequate compensation for faculty and staff and maintain a balanced budget.

Re-Enrollment Timeline

February 10-14
Throughout the week there will be staff support in the lobby at drop-off and pick-up to help you complete the Parent Financial Commitment form and to receive your $165 registration fee (per family). Checks may be post-dated for April 26 if necessary. Registration fee after February 14 is $500.

Per our policy, you have until June 21st to request a registration fee refund if you decide to withdraw your student for the coming year. The registration fee will be refunded, minus any tuition, fee or raffle balance still due from 2013-14.

Tuition adjustment application and processes will be available for pick-up. Student Health Forms and Family Directory Information forms will be available for you to complete.

February 21
Completed tuition adjustment requests will be mailed to our data processor.

March 3
Parent Financial Commitment conversations will be scheduled with all first and
second year families.

March 17-21
Tuition adjustment results will be prepared and mailed to parents.

April 8
DEADLINE to request a 2nd tuition adjustment if needed. See tuition adjustment
process and expectation for details regarding second adjustment requests.

May 16
Re-enrollment Process Complete!

  • All re-enrollments for current students are on file!
  • All tuition adjustment conversations are completed!
  • Anticipated tuition income for returning students will be presented to the Budget Committee.

Tuition Adjustment Form & Instructions

To participate in the tuition adjustment process for your family, complete the Tuition Adjustment Application below. Please complete all questions, date and sign the Tuition Adjustment Application and return to the school office by February 14, 2014 with a copy of your completed and signed Federal Income Tax return for 2013 (or most recent). For the  adjustment system to be fair to all families, re-enrollment applications for adjustment MUST be received by February 14, 2014.
