Founded in harmony with the rural traditions of southwest Wisconsin, Pleasant Ridge Waldorf School began in 1980 as a one-room schoolhouse with three students and one teacher. Today, we are a vibrant and thriving school community serving nearly 150 children in kindergarten through eighth grade and a full member school of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America. One of 160 Waldorf schools in North America and over 800 schools worldwide, Pleasant Ridge has attracted families from across the nation to the rolling hills and valleys of Viroqua, Wisconsin.
