Re-Enrollment Forms & Instructions
The re-enrollment process begins February 3rd for the 2020-2021 school year!
Tuition Rate: $4950 per full-time Kindergarten student and $8200 per Grade School student.

February 3-14 RE-ENROLLMENT Period The Participation & Financial Commitment forms will be available online and in the front hall throughout the week. Completed forms, along with the $165 registration fee (per family), may be turned in at the front office.
Registration fee AFTER February 14th is $500. Per our policy, you have until June 15th to request a registration fee refund if you decide to withdraw your student for the coming school year. The registration fee of $165 will be refunded, minus any tuition, fee or raffle balance still due from previous years. Tuition adjustment applications will also be available for pick-up.
February 14 FINAL DEADLINE for all tuition adjustment requests, due with the PFC forms. Please include a copy of your most federal tax return with your request.
March 6 Tuition adjustment results will be prepared and mailed to parents.
April 3 DEADLINE to request a 2nd tuition adjustment if needed. See tuition adjustment process and expectation for details regarding second adjustment requests.
June 15 Contracts for 2020-2021 must be signed and installment plan submitted in the form of either a completed ACH form or postdated checks for the entire year. Supply fee for grades students and kindergarten food fees due. Contracts signed and completed after June 15th will be assessed a $250 late fee.

Tuition Adjustment Form & Instructions
To participate in the tuition adjustment process for your family, complete the Tuition Adjustment Application below. Please complete all questions, date and sign the Tuition Adjustment Application and return to the school office by February 14, 2020 with a copy of your completed and signed Federal Income Tax return for 2019 (or most recent). For the adjustment system to be fair to all families, re-enrollment applications for adjustment MUST be received by February 14, 2020.
