Re-Enrollment Forms & Instructions

The re-enrollment process begins February 6th for the 2017-2018 school year!

Tuition Rate: $7725 per student. There will not be an increase in tuition next year, but we will be implementing a $150 yearly supply fee per student (grades only). This fee is due by June 30th.

February 6-10   RE-ENROLLMENT WEEK

The Parent Financial Commitment forms will be available in the front hall throughout the week or click the pdf above. Completed forms, along with the $165 registration fee (per family), may be turned in at the front office to Sofya, Jordan or Nan.

Checks may be post-dated for April 23rd if necessary.

Registration fee AFTER February 10th is $500.

Per our policy, you have until June 30th to request a registration fee refund if you decide to withdraw your student for the coming school year. The registration fee of $165 will be refunded, minus any tuition, fee or raffle balance still due from previous years. For complete details on our withdrawal policy please refer to the parent handbook.

Tuition adjustment applications will also be available for pick-up or see below for the form.

February 17     FINAL DEADLINE for all tuition adjustment requests.

March 4            Parent Engagement Group Meeting at 9:00am.

March 13-17    Tuition adjustment results will be prepared and mailed to parents.

April 7              DEADLINE to request a 2nd tuition adjustment if needed. See tuition adjustment process and expectation for details regarding second adjustment requests.

May 15              Re-enrollment Process Complete!

June 30            Contracts for 2017-2018 must be signed and payment plan selected. Supply fee for grades students and kindergarten food fee due.

July 1                 First tuition payment due.

Contracts signed and completed after July 30th will be assessed a $250 late fee.

 

Tuition Adjustment Form & Instructions

To participate in the tuition adjustment process for your family, complete the Tuition Adjustment Application below. Please complete all questions, date and sign the Tuition Adjustment Application and return to the school office by February 17, 2017 with a copy of your completed and signed Federal Income Tax return for 2016 (or most recent). For the  adjustment system to be fair to all families, re-enrollment applications for adjustment MUST be received by February 17, 2017.
